In regards to interviewing someone for a position, is "Umm, no thanks" acceptable upon meeting, when you BOTH know there's just no freakin' way. Isn't it ruder to try & fake it for like a whole four minutes?

But it kind of doesn't count if you don't remember and you wish you could..right?
